Environmental Club

Our Environmental Club CCA strives to raise awareness of environmental issues within the school by empowering and developing our members into activists, ambassadors, and advocates for conservation and environmental protection.

Our club engages in various activities such as upcycling used items, gardening, and brainstorming solutions to tackle current environmental challenges and prevent future ones. Insights gained during CCA sessions often inspire improvements in the school's environmental initiatives. In addition, we oversee large-scale recycling efforts during school-wide events and take the lead in commemorating important occasions like World Earth Day. Our members actively participate in activities such as cleaning Yishun Pond and promoting energy conservation to neighbouring residents. They also take part in various environment-related competitions and workshops.

In recognition of our school’s commitment to environmental awareness both within and beyond our community, we were honored with the prestigious Vanda Miss Joaquim Sustained Achievement Award, the highest accolade under the SEC-StarHub School Green Awards, as well as the NorthWest Outstanding School Partner Silver Award in 2024.
