Health and Fitness
Our Health & Fitness CCA at Chongfu School offers students a unique opportunity to explore a wide range of sports while developing key life skills. Activities such as taekwondo, tchoukball, rollerblading and rope skipping are just some of the ways we help students discover their interests and talents. Through these activities, students cultivate passion, leadership, teamwork, and a spirit of service to their peers.
Our goal is to inspire students to develop a lifelong love for a particular sport and to lead a balanced, healthy lifestyle into adulthood. In addition to physical activities, students have the chance to research and learn about important health topics like myopia and healthy eating. These insights are shared with the school community through assemblies and recess engagements, offering students authentic opportunities to apply values, social-emotional skills, and 21st Century Competencies (E21CC).
Health & Fitness also fosters social interaction, providing a common space for students from diverse backgrounds to form friendships and feel a sense of belonging to the school. Through these experiences, we aim to help students build their identity and develop a strong connection with the school community.
